What a pleasant laundry mat. It is very clean and the dryer machines work great, you don’t need to use a lot of quarters. The lady who owns it is amazing, she’s extremely friendly and helpful.

We moved to upper ditmars and were looking for a closer laundry pick up. Amal was our first try nearby and she’s been wonderful. She can usually do same day pick up and receive next day. She is so sweet and always happy to see us and our pups! Never had an issue and the packaging is always great and they are very cost effective.

Amal picked up my clothes and dropped them off at my door step right on time. She is very communicative and a joy to speak to! My clothes came back clean and neatly folded. I definitely recommend using their services. Prices are fair and you cannot beat the convenience.

The best Laundromat in Queens hands down! Amal is the sweetest with great communication and is punctual with her timings. I always receive my laundry in great condition, clean, folded and organized. I couldn't recommend D&R more!

Amal is so sweet, very helpful, and welcoming. She answered all of our questions and concerns and her care for customers shows in her and her colleagues’ work. My roommate and I loved that our clothes were well-folded and smelled so good when picking up our clothes. D and R is a very convenient and affordable laundromat. The drop-off service helps so much. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently used D& R laundromat and i was genuinely impressed. The clothes came back spotless, fresh-smelling, and perfectly folded . Their turnaround time was fast, and the staff were super friendly and professional. Especially Amal is absolutely amazing. She’s friendly, attentive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service. They also provide pickup and delivery!

I moved from midtown to this area last May, and I knew I had to find a laundromat that would ideally pick up and deliver my laundry, as I don’t have a car and it’s mostly a residential area. This happened to be the first number I called, and Amal was the person who answered the phone. She immediately said she was able to pick up, was extremely informative, and very friendly. I have now been using their services for 8 months and get my laundry picked up weekly, sometimes giving almost no notice when I forget something from work (my fault). Amal is always quick to respond, and usually finishes and delivers my laundry if not the same day, then the next. Everything comes perfectly folded and separated, and I cannot stress enough how customer service oriented and communicative Amal is. 10/10, highly recommend, this should definitely be your go-to for laundry !

I highly recommend D&R Laundromat! Amal does a great job at communicating with her clients and providing a quick and efficient service. My clothes are picked up and brought back quickly cleaned, and perfectly folded. I am at ease knowing my clothes are taken care of by a trust worthy and caring staff.
